Your bespoke ordering site can have your school details, contact details for you if you wish, and images of your hoodie design – front and back.
There will be explanations and options for your areas of personalisation. A place to enter things like the child’s name for printing onto the hoodie.
Also, a size guide, and costs.
It can be highlighted on the site when the last day for ordering is, and you can either add in a postage charge for orders to be sent out individually or get everything delivered to school for a single fee.
And this is all completely free of charge and it will save you tonnes of time and effort.
Having the ordering site makes everything super simple. Parents and carers can see how the hoodie will look, they can confirm their details in one place. They can spend time investigating sizing.
You just need to send out one communication with the web link, and everything they need is there in one place.
Payments are all made via the website. No more collecting money in the playground, or sending out your bank details or sharing your PayPal account with people you don’t know very well.
Some schools receive donations from PTA fundraising to put towards leavers hoodies. We can take this into account when pricing is agreed. If you don’t receive as many orders as expected, we then just credit back to you any subsidy not used.
You might decide to inflate the price of each hoodie to raise some money for the school, this is also fine, and we can price as you wish. Then money raised is either credited to your school or we can credit your account for you to spend it on other items for your school like house banners or awards, or branded items for gifting or selling.
